Культура мови в закладах освіти

Abstract

У статті аналізовано питання культури мови викладачів вищих навчальних закладів. Підкреслено потребу вивчення та досконалого володіння державною мовою, оскільки це є важливим компонентом культури та невід’ємною частиною загальної системи етичної поведінки в суспільстві. Ключові слова: культура мови, культура мовлення, мовна поведінка, американізовані слова.   В статье рассмотрен вопрос культуры речи преподавателей высших учебных заведений. Подчеркивается необходимость изучения и совершенного владения государственным языком, поскольку это является важным компонентом культуры и неотъемлемой частью общей системы этичного поведения в обществе.  Ключевые слова: языковая культура, культура речи, языковое поведение, американизированные слова.   The article focuses on teacher’s speech culture in the higher educational establishment. The author emphasizes the necessity of state language learning and its mastering, as one of the main components of the culture and an integral part of the general system of ethic behaviour in the society. The author analyses the most common mistakes and identifies their reasons, both linguistic and extra-linguistic ones. The author draws attention to excessive borrowings from English into modern Ukrainian, at least some of which can be avoided. Every educated person, especially a higher educational establishment instructor should speak correctly and master professional speech culture, because, he/she sets an example for students to follow. The volume of the article is insufficient to cover all the related issues, which will constitute the subject of further research.
