Складнопідрядні багатокомпонентні речення з прислівними та детермінантними зв'язками в нормативно-правових актах української мови

Abstract

У статті розглянуто закономірності вияву підрядного зв’язку, простежено тенденції реалізації обов’язковості / необов’язковості залежного компонента та передбачуваності / непередбачуваності його синтаксичної форми в текстах нормативно-правових актів. Проаналізовано специфіку використання складнопідрядних багатокомпонентних речень із прислівним та  детермінантним зв’язком в офіційно-діловому стилі. Ключові слова: офіційно-діловий стиль; предикативний компонент; прислівний та детермінантний синтаксичний  зв’язки; семантико-синтаксичні відношення.   В статье рассмотрены закономерности проявления подчинительной                   связи, прослежены тенденции реализации обязательности / необязательности зависимого компонента и предвиденности / непредвиденности его синтаксической формы в текстах нормативно-правовых актов. Проанализирована специфика использования сложноподчиненных многокомпонентных предложений  с присловной и детерминантной связью                   в официально-деловом стиле. Ключевые слова: официально-деловой стиль; предикативный компонент; присловная и детерминантная синтаксическая связь; семантико-синтаксические отношения.   The article deals with the expression patterns of subordinate connection,  implementation trends of obligation / optionality of dependent component and predictability / unpredictability of its syntactic form in the texts of regulatory and legal acts. It also considers the usage peculiarity of complex subordinate multi-compound sentences with adverbial and determinant connection in formal style. Complex sentences are mostly analyzed in speech and fiction but our attention is drawn to the use of complex multi-compound   syntactical constructions with subordinate relation in regulatory and legal texts. The inquisition purpose is to reveal the specifics of using complex sentences   with several subordinate predicative components in regulatory legal acts. The research objectives are to describe structural and semantic peculiarities of complex subordinate multi-compound constructions in legal texts which will distinguish complex subordinate sentences with predictable and unpredictable syntactic relations between main and dependent clauses and describe their functions.   In the analysis it was found that in the texts of regulatory and legal acts different types of complex syntactic formations are used. Among multi-compound complex subordinate structures in formal style the structures with a superordinate and two or more dependent clauses are implemented. The texts of regulatory and legal acts prevail constructions with subordinating predictable (adverbial) syntactic relation due to successive usage of active lexical unit valence and nouns as clue words. Unpredictable syntactical relation in formal style language is widely carried out in two-component complex subordinate sentences. Determinant syntactic relation in a complex sentence is aimed at structural dependence of subordinate part modifying its content and outlining its implicational semantics. For multi- complex subordinate sentences the combination of adverbial and determinant syntactic connections is peculiar. All things considered above suggest that the usage of complex subordinate multi-compound sentences with adverbial   syntactic relation in the texts of regulations and legal acts allows forming an utterance briefly, compactly, clearly that facilitates its perception of the reader, meeting the basic requirements of official style in general. Study stylistic origin of complex subordinate multi-component sentences is only the beginning of the structural and semantic properties and the function research of complex subordinate structures in pedantic styles of the contemporary Ukrainian literary language.
