It analyzes the specifics of means of communication of the components of complex sentence, to which belongs conjunctions, connecting words, intonation, correlative indicative words, the order of the parts, lexical elements and correlation of forms of verbs-predicates. It is concluded that the writer is using the whole spectrum of communication means of complex sentences, among which the most noticeable place are the conjunctions, connecting words and intonation. With the help of a fairly wide range of coordinating and subordinating conjunctions, the author transmits a variety of semantic-syntactic relationships (copulative, alternative, adversative, disjunctive, gradational, temporal, comparative, conditional, target, admissibility, causation, etc.). In complex structures, the connecting words which, whose, which, who, what, when, where, where, how are used. The author often combines the connections and connecting words in the construction of multicomponent structures. Intonation in the texts of «Diaries« forms their general particular intonation depiction.Used correlative indecative words (pronoun-signifying ones, such, each, all, each, etc., as well as circumstances there, there, from there, etc.) as elements of connection are specified, filled with real content in the subordinate part of the complex sentence. In «Diaries» there is observed both a free and a fixed order of parts of a complex sentence, which is due to its content and structure.Effective means of combining the elements of complex structures appear lexical, covering connecting and correlative words, the common part of the sentence (or several), the repetition of the same word or word-combination, as well as the form of verb-predicates, first of all type-time.
